I wasn't in Brighton long but I knew I would find time to take a few photos of this pier! I awoke early on our last day to catch the sunrise and get a few images along the waterfront. So unexpected, yet so amazing.

Best of Brighton 2011
I arrived home from the UK last night and I've been busy going through my photos from the Brighton Marathon. It was such a fascinating event and I'm happy to say my sister Allison did an amazing job, finishing the race in 4:56! Here are a few from the day!

ALERT - Allison's Emergency Response Team!
Today I am packing for a two week trip to the UK and Portugal. My wife Lindsay and I, along with our friend Carolyn, are heading over to cheer my sister on who will be running the Brighton Marathon this sunday! Her first full marathon ever!
Allison is running on behalf of Teenage Cancer Trust, a wonderful charity devoted to improving the lives of teenagers and young adults with cancer. Please send Allison wishes by going to her blog here. We're all very proud of her for training so hard and for choosing to support such a worthy cause.
