Thank you so much for stopping by. I’m a freelance photographer living in Nova Scotia, Canada. My love for photography developed naturally from my appreciation of nature. I love living here and being able to make a living at photography is such a blessing. Send me a message any time to let me know what you think! Cheers, Perry

Chickadee
Canon 5D, EF 24-105 f/4L USM, f/4 @ 1/40 sec, ISO 200, Circular polarizer.
Lovely - we have little birds like these in NZ! I tried to take a similar photo but because I have no zoom he ended up a dot in amongst leaves and twigs...so Im jealous of this one! How long did it take to get this one! Birds are so fickle... It frustrates me that his tail is cut off...maybe that was deliberate? Calida.
Thanks Ashley! I need all the help I can get with identifying these little ones. Exactly why I put this up. I tried to google it but I didn't have any luck. You gave me a good starting point though. Thanks again. Perry

Calida.
Yeah Perry, that's awesome, especially with a 100mm lens. I think that little dude is a thrush of some sort though.
