Thank you so much for stopping by. I’m a freelance photographer living in Nova Scotia, Canada. My love for photography developed naturally from my appreciation of nature. I love living here and being able to make a living at photography is such a blessing. Send me a message any time to let me know what you think! Cheers, Perry

Dawn of A New Day
This was taken at about 5:30am. I stumbled upon this place late one evening and came back for sunrise the next morning.
Canon 5D, EF 24-105 f/4L IS USM, f/18 @ 30 sec, ISO 200, Circular polarizer and Singh-Ray 2-stop hard-edge grad filter.
Hey Perry, (Calida here) AMAZING photos - I would buy one! Will try and give some feedback although I have no idea technically what makes a good photo but can try and tell you what I like :-) Love this one because of the sharp curved rocks, which the light on the edge of each seems to accentuate. Their sharp image contrasts with the blanket of blurring mist. Then the darkness in the foreground compared with the gorgeous breaking light combined with the distinct line of the horizon - all very cool!
This is absolutely beautiful!!!
